  • BLS (Basic Life Support) CPR training is designed for healthcare providers and anyone who needs to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies. This course covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, AED usage, and team-based resuscitation skills.

  • Heartcode BLS is the American Heart Association’s blended learning Basic Life Support (BLS) course. Students complete the online portion independently, then attend an in-person hands-on skills session with an instructor to complete certification requirements and receive an official AHA BLS Provider eCard.

    The Heartcode BLS online course must be completed before attending the skills session. Students may purchase the online portion directly through the American Heart Association.

  • After successfully completing the course, students will receive instructions to access their certification card through the official AHA eCards portal.

    Same-day certification card issuance is available upon successful course completion in most cases.

    Certification cards are issued digitally for convenient access, download, and printing.

  • Classes typically range from 3 to 4 hours, depending on the course type and class size.

    We provide efficient, hands-on training focused on real-life skills, so you can complete your certification with confidence—without unnecessary delays.

    Our goal is to make learning practical, personalized, and worth your time.

  • Milwaukee-Area classes are held in the Glendale or Wauwatosa area. Address details and parking instructions will be provided via confirmation email after registration.

Class Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals: A brief grace period may be allowed; however, because full participation is required for certification, entry may not be guaranteed once class has already started.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for class credit or transfer, based on availability. Students are allowed one complimentary reschedule with proper notice. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new registration fee.

No-Shows: Students who miss their scheduled class without prior notice will forfeit their registration fee.

Refund Policy

All class registrations are non-refundable, but if you’re unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, based on class availability.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or missed classes without prior notice are non-refundable and may require a new registration fee to book another class.

Classes require a minimum number of students to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, Save Hearts CPR Training may need to reschedule or cancel the class. In that case, you’ll have the option to transfer to the next available class or receive a full refund.

If Save Hearts CPR Training cancels a class for any other reason, you will also have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
